Jay Wilt

Jay is one of the co-founders of Laughlin-Wilt Group which Vanguard EMS grew from.  Laughlin-Wilt Group was a multi-state electronic manufacturing services provider with annual sales reaching $100 million.  

Jay’s board role includes supporting business strategy,

executive coaching and medical device market growth. 

He also provides Business and Management Consulting

services to emerging growth and start-up companies. 

Jay has held various engineering and operations

management responsibilities at Procter & Gamble and Tektronix.

Jay holds a BS in Industrial Engineering from Oregon State University and an MBA from Portland State University.
