Vanguard EMS Recognized for Performance Excellence by Spirent Communications

Award given for performance and support of Spirent Communications’ 2003 success.

Beaverton, Oregon – February 24, 2004 – Vanguard EMS, a leading electronics manufacturer serving mid-sized technology firms, announced that it has received a Special Recognition Award from Spirent Communications.
