David joined Vanguard in 2010 as Purchasing Manager. He is responsible for delivery and cost of materials and supplier performance. He has held management positions in Manufacturing, Quality Assurance, and Materials. David has been with companies in the fields of electronics, metals, and healthcare.

David has a BS in Chemistry from Pacific Lutheran University, a MS in Chemistry from U of Arizona, and MBA from U of Portland.
