Tesa Patton

Director of Human Resources

As the Director of Human Resources, Tesa oversees training, administration, quality systems, and facilities.  Tesa has been with Vanguard since 2000.

  Tesa is a certified Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR), and brings a wealth of experience and knowledge to her role.  Previous to Vanguard, she held positions as Corporate HR Director for Safari Motor Coaches and as VP of Operations for Express Personnel Services of Central Oregon.

She has 20 years of HR management experience, and a BS in Business Administration.
