Bill Winther

President

Bill is co-owner of Vanguard EMS, and is responsible for driving Vanguard's key business and operational initiatives. Bill joined in 2000 as Vice President of Operations for Vanguard.  Prior to that, Bill relocated from Hong Kong where he was president of the Centralab Division of Philips Electronics. He also served as Vice President of Operations for a component division of Philips Electronics with responsibilities for 5 factories and over 2,000 employees.

Bill has a BS degree in Electrical Engineering from UCLA and 30+ years of high-techmanufacturing experience.
