Map and Directions

From Portland International Airport:

-Take I-205 SOUTH ramp toward PORTLAND/SALEM(I-84)
-Take the I-84 WEST/US-30 WEST exit, exit number 21B, toward PORTLAND
-Take the I-5 SOUTH ramp toward SALEM
-Take the I-405 NORTH Ramp toward BEAVERTON(US-26)/CITY CENTER
-Take the US-26 WEST/12TH AVE exit, exit number 1D, toward BEAVERTON
-Merge onto US-26 WEST, proceed through tunnel
-Take the HWY-217 SOUTH exit, exit number 26, onto HWY-217 SOUTH
-Take the ALLEN BOULEVARD exit, turn left at light onto ALLEN BOULEVARD Eastbound
-Proceed to the third light, turn left on ARCTIC
-Take first right onto SUNSHINE COURT, proceed to end of block
-Turn left into business park, Vanguard EMS is first building on the left

From the North (I-5 Southbound):

-From I-5 Soutbound, take I-405 exit, exit number 302-B toward BEAVERTON
-Take the US-26 exit toward BEAVERTON
-Merge onto US-26 WEST, proceed through tunnel
-Take the HWY-217 SOUTH exit, exit number 26, onto HWY-217 SOUTH
-Take the ALLEN BOULEVARD exit, turn left at light onto ALLEN BOULEVARD Eastbound
-Proceed to the third light, turn left on ARCTIC
-Take first right onto SUNSHINE COURT, proceed to end of block
-Turn left into business park, Vanguard EMS is first building on the left

From the South (I-5 Northbound):

-From I-5 Northbound, take the HWY-217 exit, exit number 292 (stay to right)
- Proceed northbound on HWY-217
-Take the ALLEN BOULEVARD exit, turn right at light onto ALLEN BOULEVARD Eastbound
-Proceed to the third light, turn left on ARCTIC
-Take first right onto SUNSHINE COURT, proceed to end of block
-Turn left into business park, Vanguard EMS is first building on the left
