Vanguard’s manufacturing services are equipped for high-mix, low-volume production.
We operate 4 state of the art SMT lines of which, 3 were recently updated in order to increase the number and type of components we are able to place. With this recent investment, we have increased our scope, reliability, accuracy and speed.
Vanguard practices Lean Manufacturing and strives to reduce waste from all possible processes. This is an ongoing venture as we constantly learn new ways to diminish unnecessary waste as we strive to perfect our practices.
