Each customer at Vanguard EMS is assigned a cross-functional program team focused on your success. This approach ensures a close linkage between your requirements and our actions, reducing your staff and resource requirements.
- Each team is led by an experienced program manager that reports directly to the Senior Management Team.
- Weekly program team meetings are held where the Program Manager tracks the ownership and status of action items and projects
- Twice quarterly the health and success of each program is reviewed with the Senior Management team.
- Quarterly Business Reviews ensure clear understanding of our Customers' goals
- Controlled New Product Introduction (NPI) and New Customer Introduction (NCI) processes are used to ensure effective results.
