Managed Quality System

Twelve ISO11001-certified internal auditors, all areas are audited a minimum of twice a year.

Comprehensive closed-loop corrective action system - central database of C/A's with top management visibility. C/A closure is tracked as a management metric.

Monthly quality management meetings, quality metrics are also part of our quarterly business review process with customers.

Continuous Improvement:

Proactive quality improvement processes provide a routine for continuous improvement; including weekly review of outstanding issues that require process or equipment improvement, as well as industry benchmarking and continuous monitoring of technological advances.

Training:

We have in-house certified IPC trainers on staff. 4% of hours are targeted for training andis tracked as a management metric.

Our training structure has specific certifications by process: 120 courses, 80 specific certifications. Skill levels are monitored by supervisors and re-certification is required if skills become outdated.

Vanguard EMS provides ESL courses, and we participate in a community-training consortium for upgrading our manufacturing associates' skills.
