Vanguard EMS' engineering team has a passion for technology utilization, and keeps us at the leading edge of manufacturing capability.

Our philosophy is to provide leading-edge equipment, strong process engineering and process control to avoid defects. In addition, a strong test infrastructure provides the ability to capture, identify and resolve manufacturing defects or isolate design-related issues.

We have a pro-active relationship with key equipment providers, including Philips, Electrovert, Technical Devices, MPM, VI Technologies and BTU. The result is quick response to equipment-related issues and corrective actions. Each of these companies has performed redesign or modifications based on our feedback.

By focusing on prompt resolution of test failures and maintaining advanced tools and debug talent, the result is minimized bone piles, closed-loop quality feedback and increased product yields.

Vanguard EMS has taken a leadership position in the development of Lead-Free capability by partnering with our customers, equipment providers and suppliers to establish and validate full capability across all processes, including SMT, Wave, Manual assembly and rework.
