Core Purpose & Core Values

Vanguard’s Senior Leadership Team spent time developing a set of Core Values that define attributes that are important to us. They represent both who we are and who we want to be as individuals and as a company. Our Core Purpose was created to answer the question “why do we exist as a company?” We are challenged each day to live up to each of these statements as we work tirelessly to be a great supplier, a great customer, a great partner, and a great place to work.
